Ski Wilderness Lodge Rates and Availability Calendar
Ski Wilderness Lodge rates are based on a maximum of 10 persons.
Rentals are a minimum 3 night stay. 25% is due upon reservation with the balance of rental, plus a $1000 security deposit or equivalent credit card authorization, due 30 days in advance of stay.

minimum of 3 - 4 nights stay @ $550 Cdn / night OR 5+ nights @ $500 Cdn / night - Christmas: Dec 18, 2009 to Dec 27, 2009
minimum 5 nights stay @ $650 Cdn / night - New Years: Dec 28, 2009 to Jan 4, 2010
minimum 5 nights @ $750 Cdn / night - Holiday Season: March 13 to March 29 Spring Break

Rate Notes: All rates are in Canadian funds and 5% GST and 8% Room tax must be added. Chalet rental charges are subject to change without notice.
Deposits: A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required. Minimum 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and becomes entirely non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival for return of your deposit less $50 administration fee. No refunds for a cancellation of less than 30 days notice. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Restrictions: The following restrictions apply:
Renters must be 25 years or older.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking inside unit or garage.
Maximum of 10 people (no exceptions).
No noise after 11pm (Regional district bylaw).
No wearing ski boots or shoes insied other than entry.
No using hot tub after 10pm.
Misc. Notes:
Detailed itemized list is in top drawer in kitchen island. You will be charged and deducted from your deposit for any missing or broken items.
Secure ski storage outside. Lock is in Kitchen island drawer.
Wireless internet is available.
No telephone.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am.
Residence is to be left in good clean condition, dishes washed, bedrooms neat and tidy, all items put back in there original place. Excessive cleaning time will be deducted from your damage deposit.
